Your flower bouquets

This is where Marie Poppies' particularity lies: our bouquets are always a magnificent surprise because they are composed with the most beautiful seasonal flowers, grown by our local producers and selected by our partner florists. Let us surprise you!

No, the florist is always selected according to his location, as close as possible to the delivery address. This way, we favor short circuits and reduce the time it takes to deliver your flowers for a maximum of freshness!

Absolutely, just indicate it when you order. We will send your loved ones all your sweet words!

Yes, you can! Just send an email to info@mariepoppies.be and we will be happy to answer your special requests.

Subscriptions

Simply go to our Subscription page (to subscription page), choose the frequency as well as the duration and then click on "To offer". You will have a totally personalized surprise!

Subscriptions of six months or more can be suspended once a year for a maximum of one month. To do so, simply send an email to info@mariepoppies.be indicating at least two weeks before the next delivery the date of suspension and resumption of your subscription.

To cancel your subscription, send an email to info@mariepoppies.be at least two weeks before the selected delivery date. After this period, you will receive one last delivery before your subscription is canceled.

To change your subscription, send an email to info@mariepoppies.be. Please note that changes will not be taken into account for bouquets that are to be delivered within two weeks of the email being sent.

Delivery

Marie Poppies currently offers deliveries in the 19 municipalities of Brussels. We will gradually expand to distribute our bouquets throughout Belgium.

The cost of bike delivery in Brussels is included in the price of your bouquet or subscription. This way, you won't have any unpleasant surprises at the end of your order. Everything is included!

In order to guarantee the optimal freshness of our bouquets, orders are closed three to five days before delivery, depending on the selected date. This gives our growers time to cut the flowers and our florists to create the bouquets

At Marie Poppies, we have opted for hand and bicycle delivery in order to ensure a smooth and quality service. We therefore do not offer delivery to collection points.

Our bouquets can be delivered from Tuesday to Saturday. They are given to the recipient between 4 pm and 8 pm on the selected day. It is not currently possible to choose a specific delivery time but we are working to make your wishes come true!

Not yet, but this service will be implemented very soon!

If the bouquet’s recipient is absent at the time of delivery, our deliveryman will contact him/her by phone in order to find a solution (leave the bouquet with a neighbor or in a hidden place, for example). If the recipient does not answer the call, the bouquet will be returned to the logistics center. We can reschedule a delivery upon request, subject to an additional delivery fee. Please note that if the recipient does not react quickly enough and the bouquet is not delivered within three days, we will no longer be able to deliver the bouquet, as it is perishable.

Our bouquets are carefully wrapped in environmentally friendly packaging and delivered by bicycle in partnership with Urbike (to: https://urbike.be/). The result? A hand-delivered bouquet, the assurance of a smooth routing and a limitation of waste thanks to a "tested and approved" system of reusable delivery containers.

If you have the slightest problem with your bouquet, send us an email at info@mariepoppies.be with your contact information, your order number and a picture of the bouquet when you receive it. We will respond as soon as possible and do our best to erase this bad memory.

If you have a problem with the delivery, contact us without hesitation at info@mariepoppies.be. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
